Audit & fix
For an existing doc that became slow, fragile or hard to change.
- Performance and formula review
- Broken buttons and automations fixed
- Data clean-up and restoration
- Prioritised improvement plan
We design, build and fix operational systems on Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda): data models, button workflows, automations, Packs and API integrations. A consultant who speaks operations, backed by an advanced developer.
Superhuman Docs makes it easy to start. Scaling a doc that a whole team relies on every day is a different job.
“Pages take ages to load and nobody dares to touch the formulas any more.”
“A button changed hundreds of rows at once, and we found out days later.”
“We need it to talk to our other software, generate proper PDFs and send real emails.”
Fixed-scope projects rather than an hourly meter, with a clear way to keep improving the doc afterwards.
Every engagement starts with a short call and a written proposal built around your doc.
For an existing doc that became slow, fragile or hard to change.
A new workflow or a complete operational system, designed with your team.
When native features are not enough: connect your doc to the rest of your stack.
A monthly plan for a doc your team relies on every day.
Each of these has been used in client docs in production.
Two clients in very different trades: a product company in the Netherlands and a law firm in Mauritius. Examples of what we built:
Document numbering, review checklists by document type, email notifications and a full review history.
Engineering and sales data in two linked docs, version history, two-person approval and automated rejection notes.
Annual review cycle driven by buttons: draft, publish, reminders, and a new version that archives the previous one.
Suppliers upload their documents in a restricted space; shipping documents and labels handled with buttons.
Statements of account, invoice PDFs and automated client reminders, plus doc performance optimisation.
Key data extracted from documents and images with Superhuman Docs’ built-in AI, triggered by a button.
“Alex helped us build and improve our operational systems over two years. He understood our processes and translated them into practical workflows.”
“Anova keeps delivering tools that save us time and raise the quality of our service.”
Only the name. Coda was renamed Superhuman Docs in July 2026. Your docs, formulas and Packs keep working as before, and so does our work on them.
Yes. Many engagements start with an audit of an existing doc: we map how it works, fix what is broken and document it before building anything new.
We prefer fixed-scope projects with a written proposal. For ongoing work, we agree a monthly capacity in advance, so you always know what to expect.
You do. Everything is built in your workspace. One Doc Maker licence on your side is enough: we work as guest editors.
In Mauritius (GMT+4), working with teams in Europe and beyond. We are async-friendly, with regular meeting slots agreed with each client.
A 20-minute call is enough to understand what you need and tell you honestly whether we can help.
A few lines are enough: what the doc does, what is not working, what you would like it to do. We reply by email within one business day.
